Founded in 1985 and celebrating its 40th anniversary, ŞA-RA is a well-established group of companies. ŞA-RA operates in a wide range of fields from energy to construction, from tourism to industry with its companies under its umbrella. With 11 factories and more than 2000 employees, ŞA-RA provides services in many fields from energy production to electricity used in homes, from tanks in the defence industry to vehicles in traffic, from lighting and guardrails that make roads safe to telecommunication lines that provide communication.

Electran
ELECTRAN was born in 2022 with the vision of including transmission and distribution lines conductors and cables in its product range with ŞA-RA's modern and strong investment. With this important investment, ŞA-RA has strengthened its position in the sector in the fields of Conductors and Cables under the name ELECTRAN.
ELECTRAN manufactures wire rod, wire, conductor and energy cables in the 20.000 m2 Conductor and Cable factory located in ŞA-RA Adana factories covering 480.000 m2 open and 150.000 m2 closed area. With this feature, it has become one of the production centres of Europe, the Middle East and all of Africa
